Champions Skills Development Programme Batch VII, Phase III – Day 02

The Otthulaippu organized the “Champions Skills Development Programme Batch VII, Phase III – Day 02” on 06th February 2026 from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Physics Mini Auditorium for first-year students of the Faculty of Arts.

The programme was conducted with the objective of strengthening students’ adaptability, interpersonal effectiveness, and conflict management abilities in order to prepare them for academic, social, and professional challenges.

The resource person for the programme was Pramila Jegadeesan, Human Resources Inner Shift Coach from Chennai. She conducted interactive sessions on the following topics:

• Tolerance of Change and Uncertainty
• Conflict Management Skills
• Interpersonal Skills

During the sessions, students were guided on how to adapt to changing environments, manage stress and uncertainty, and handle conflicts in a constructive manner. The programme also emphasized the importance of building strong interpersonal relationships, effective communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence in both academic and professional settings.

A total of 45 first-year students from the Faculty of Arts actively participated in the programme and engaged enthusiastically in discussions, group activities, and experiential learning exercises conducted throughout the day.

The programme served as a valuable platform for students to enhance their personal effectiveness and develop essential life skills required for future success.
