The Otthulaippu organized the “Champions Skills Development Programme Batch VII, Phase II – Day 02” on 25th January 2026 from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Physics Mini Auditorium for first-year students of the Faculty of Arts.
The programme was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ self-awareness, motivation, and personal development skills while encouraging them to set meaningful academic and career goals.
The resource person for the programme was Pramila Jegadeesan, Human Resources Inner Shift Coach from Chennai. She conducted interactive and motivational sessions on the following topics:
- Self-Awareness
- Motivation and Goal Setting
During the sessions, students were encouraged to understand their strengths, values, and personal aspirations while developing confidence and a positive mindset towards achieving their goals. The programme also focused on the importance of self-discipline, effective planning, perseverance, and maintaining motivation in academic and professional life.
A total of 45 first-year students from the Faculty of Arts actively participated in the programme and engaged enthusiastically in the discussions, activities, and interactive sessions conducted throughout the day.
The programme served as a valuable platform for students to strengthen their personal development skills and prepare themselves for future educational and career success.
