Champions Skills Development Programme Batch VII, Phase II – Day 04

The Otthulaippu organized the “Champions Skills Development Programme Batch VII, Phase II – Day 04” on 01st February 2026 from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the Physics Mini Auditorium for first-year students of the Faculty of Arts.

The programme was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ digital communication skills and providing career-oriented guidance to support their academic and professional development in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

The resource person for the programme was Pramila Jegadeesan, Human Resources Inner Shift Coach from Chennai. She conducted interactive sessions on the following topics:

• Communication Skills – Digitalization
• Career Guidance – as Champion

During the sessions, students were introduced to effective digital communication practices, online professionalism, and the importance of adapting communication skills to digital platforms. The career guidance segment focused on identifying career pathways, building confidence, and developing a proactive approach toward future opportunities.

A total of 47 first-year students from the Faculty of Arts actively participated in the programme and engaged enthusiastically in discussions, activities, and interactive learning exercises conducted throughout the session.

The programme served as a valuable platform for students to strengthen their digital communication competencies and gain meaningful insights into career planning and personal development.
