He shared his professional journey from software development and technical leadership to strategic innovation and executive leadership in the field of artificial intelligence. \nThe session focused on several important areas\, including: \n\nDiscussing different AI career paths\nLearning essential technical skills\nUnderstanding the leadership mindset needed for innovation\n\nDuring the programme\, students gained valuable exposure to emerging trends in artificial intelligence\, professional growth opportunities in the technology sector\, and the importance of combining technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership skills. \nA total of 56 students from the Faculty of Science participated in the programme and actively engaged in the discussions and interactive activities conducted during the session. \nThe programme served as a valuable platform for students to explore career opportunities in AI and technology while gaining inspiration from an experienced industry professional.

Gauthaman\, Career Guidance Counselor of the University of Jaffna. During the session\, students were introduced to the objectives\, structure\, and benefits of the programme\, as well as the importance of developing communication\, leadership\, teamwork\, and professional skills for their future careers. \nA total of 170 first-year students from the Faculty of Arts participated in the programme and actively engaged in the discussions and interactive activities conducted throughout the session. \nThe introduction session served as a valuable platform to motivate students to actively participate in skills development initiatives and make effective use of the opportunities available to enhance their academic\, personal\, and professional growth.
